Terms of Service

1. Enterprise Engagements

All software architecture and AI implementation projects are governed by custom Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) negotiated prior to project commencement.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise negotiated, the client retains full intellectual property rights to custom codebases, AI model weights, and CRM deployments upon final payment execution.

3. Confidentiality

Absolve IT treats all client systems information, operational data, and strategic context with strict confidentiality under mutual NDA agreements.
